भारतीय राष्ट्रीय मजदूर कांग्रेस (महासंघ), also known as the Indian National Trades Union Congress (Federation), is a democratic national trade union federation committed to the protection, empowerment, and advancement of the working class of India.
We represent workers from both the organized and unorganized sectors, striving to uphold their dignity, rights, and socio-economic security. Our organization functions on the principles of democracy, equality, social justice, and collective solidarity.
Our Vision
We envision an India where every worker enjoys:

- Defend and expand the economic, social, and democratic rights of workers
- Strengthen trade union movements across industries and sectors
- Promote unity among workers irrespective of caste, gender, religion, or region
- Advocate for progressive labour laws and social security systems
- Build solidarity between industrial workers, unorganized workers, peasants, and agricultural labourers
